Purchase Policy

30 Day Guarantee on Purchases

We offer a 30-day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee if you are not satisfied, you may return the item for a refund or exchange (Less Shipping and Handling). We must charge a 25% restocking fee on resellable returns and a 50% restocking fee on damaged goods, this includes damaged packaging or consumer returns for any reason. Exchanges for identical product will be handled without restocking fees. No restocking fee will be charged if we have errored by sending an incorrect item.

There are a few exceptions to this policy due to licensing of copyright materials such as Videos, CDs, DVDs and Software. On those items we can only allow an exchange. In addition, there are a few items which may not be returned, due to the nature of the product. Consumable products (like dietary supplements, hair removal cream, lipsticks or any other product that can be used up) are not returnable once they have been opened. Please review the details of each product for further information including Manufacturer's Warranties.

If you do not have your invoice number, or are having other difficulties, please contact customer service at 906-484-6905 or e-mail cs@stuffasseenontv.com.
**Please be sure to provide all pertinent information, (invoice number, name, address, phone number, reason for return and if you would like an exchange or refund).

You will be given instructions where to ship the product along with an RMA number to include with the return

* Products that exceed the stuffasseenontv.com 30-day return but have an extended Manufacturer’s Warranty should be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their warranty information and instructions.

Product Sales and Delivery

  • Items that are "IN STOCK" will be shipped within 1-3 business days, items are not shipped on the weekend.
  • We currently only ship UPS Ground and US Postal Service to PO Boxes.
  • We currently only ship to the continental United States.

Back Orders

We Do NOT show items that are not in stock, however sometimes a product will sell out after you have purchased it. If your order cannot be shipped within 10 days, we will notify you of the expected ship date via e-mail.

Cancelled Orders

Orders can be canceled by emailing Customer Service at cs@stuffasseenontv.com only prior to payment processing. Orders that are being packaged for shipping, can not be canceled. You must include order confirmation number.

Terms and Conditions

Purchaser agrees to at the time of purchase to the terms and condition of our Purchase Policy. The Purchase Policy is subject to change at anytime. When a purchase is made using a credit card, the card holder authorizes the Company to process their order. In the event of a back order the card holder further authorizes the company to obtain a new authorization to complete the order as long as the order is not canceled in accordance with the Company's cancellation policy.

Refused Delivery

Customers will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling. Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse, a credit memo will be issued to our accounting department to issue a credit for the original purchase price less the shipping and handling charge.
